We take great pride in our 100% Natural, American-made Pillows and Toppers. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item where you purchased it. For example, if your JUVEA product was purchased in a retail store (brick and mortar or online), your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
If your product was purchased on Juvea.com and you decide JUVEA is not for you, you can easily return or exchange it within 30 days. If your JUVEA Pillow or Topper is defective or damaged without having been mistreated or subjected to irregular wear, don’t hesitate to call or email us. If you initiate a return near the end of your 30-day period, rest assured, the cost of our JUVEA Pillow or Topper will be fully refunded once we receive your return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds of your original shipping costs.
To be considered for a refund or exchange, we do have a few conditions. The returned product must be in acceptable condition. If the product is deemed in unacceptable condition, we will alert you in writing with our explanation.
