JUVEA’s unique materials make it great at staying clean! Our All-Natural Talalay Latex repels mold, mildew, dust mites and other microbes or pathogens (which can accumulate on traditional Pillows and Toppers). The JUVEA Latex foam can be spot cleaned in case an accidental spill penetrates through the cover to the Latex Foam, and the covers are machine washable.

We recommend that you wash your JUVEA Pillow and/or Topper cover to keep it in tip-top shape. The Topper cover is only machine washable in a large commercial washing machine. Smaller washing machines may damage your JUVEA Topper cover. Your JUVEA Pillows and Toppers are made from ingredients to love and care for and keeping your Latex foam dry at all times will ensure it lasts a lifetime.

To avoid damage, remember to never place your FOAM Pillow and Topper into a dryer.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our 100% Natural, American-made Pillows and Toppers. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item where you purchased it. For example, if your JUVEA product was purchased in a retail store (brick and mortar or online), your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.

If your product was purchased on Juvea.com and you decide JUVEA is not for you, you can easily return or exchange it within 30 days. If your JUVEA Pillow or Topper is defective or damaged without having been mistreated or subjected to irregular wear, don’t hesitate to call or email us. To initiate a quick and easy return, call us at 1-855-MYJUVEA (695-8832), Monday through Friday, 9:30am-5pm EST.

If you initiate a return near the end of your 30-day period, rest assured, the cost of our JUVEA Pillow or Topper will be fully refunded once we receive your return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds of your original shipping costs either.

To be considered for a refund or exchange, we do have a few conditions. The returned product must be in acceptable condition. If the product is deemed in unacceptable condition, we will alert you in writing with our explanation.
