OUR MATERIALS

JUVEA products are made with 100% natural latex sourced from the Hevea Brasiliensis tree. Our Natural latex is the best example of our commitment to nature. It is undoubtedly one of the most ecological materials for pillows to date. Harvested with the greatest respect for the planet, the latex is processed in our own facility in the most sustainable way possible.

Our unique 8-step manufacturing process is proven superior in the industry. Traditional Talalay manufacturing is a method wherein liquid latex is poured into a mold, vacuumed, flash frozen, and heated. Our pillows are then washed, dried and cured in a five-stage process that gently removes allergen proteins for a pure, healthy final product. Our five-step wash cycle uses a recycling system and our latex foam waste is repurposed.

Our heating, cooling and washing operation allows for full control of Talalay’s superior consistency, firmness and overall breathability so you can sleep well, healthy and happy!
